Life is a product of times and seasons. According to Ecclesiastics, To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: It therefore indicates that whatever we do in life we should be conscious of the season we are in so as to maximise purpose. Often most people go through life without recognising the seasons they are in. The absence of this recognition creates a challenge in preparing and maximising all that God has created for the season.
In every season of life we must understand what God’s purpose for us within the timeline of that season. We must also draw from the lessons of that season as we wait to engage in the next season.
Seasons are not static but dynamic, they keep changing and therefore it is crucial to understand them, embrace them in our life’s journey. One of the greatest joy we have in this season, is that we are in the Kairos of the Comforter, (The Holy Spirit). Recognising the finished work of Jesus Christ and the deep relationship the Holy Spirit bring to our access, we must capitalise in this Kairos season of the tremendous move of God for divine encounters.
It therefore crucial to align ourselves to what God’s purpose is for us as we engage in the seasons of life.
Characteristics of a season
- Everything in life is subject to seasons

- Seasons have a purpose
- Seasons have timings
- Each Season has its unique purpose
- Each season is a gateway into the next season
- Seasons change
- Every Change comes with a change in atmosphere
- Every Season comes with a Prophetic urgency in the spirit
- In every Season God is Constant
- Every Season needs a seed
