Text: Luke 11: 4, Mathew 6:11
The Battle for your day is an essential part of prayer. Jesus indicated that in establishing the Kingdom, We must contend in battle for our day. Every day has its allocation and we must contend in the place of prayer for our day. A day is a division of time and to every day a purpose is defined. Ecclesiastic 3:1-8.
The Psalmist exhorts us saying the Lord daily loadeth us with benefits. He bears our burden every day, He gives us a lift.
This Prayer is a prayer for the essentials of our Living. God is interested in the essentials of our Living. God always has something set up for His children and has the ability to provide it on a consistent and daily basis.
He provided for the Children of Israel manna daily. – Exodus 16: 11- 21.
He provided for Prophet Elijah daily. – 1 Kings 17:1-6
We need to be rest assured in God That has us covered. He Promises us if he can provide for the birds of the air how much more us.
- We must contend for our Day
- God has made daily Provisions for the essentials of His children
- Our Supply is from the Kingdom
- We must place a demand
Why contend for your day
- Who ever rules your day dictates your destiny
- Your day is crucial to your destiny
- The investment on your day can determine how far you go in life and fulfilment of Vision.
- Every day we are in warfare to establishing the Kingdom
- God’s release of all His supply for our lives
- At the entrance of every day is a gate of time-entry/exit points
God always deals with us on a daily basis because he wants us to
- Trust Him completely for our supplies- Mathew 6:25-34

- He knows our needs – 2 Corinthians 4:19, Mathew 6:8

- I Posses the gates of my day.
